Insurance And Self-Pay Options
- Membership is optional.
- You do not need a membership to receive care at Evigilant Care. Evigilant Care is in network with Medicare, Aetna, Cigna, and Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina (Blue Cross NC). Insurance coverage and patient costs vary by plan and service. We encourage patients to contact their insurance provider to confirm eligibility, benefits, and out-of-pocket costs.
- Our self pay membership plans are available for patients who choose not to use insurance or who want an enhanced level of access, communication, care coordination, and ongoing support.

Evigilant Care is a concierge practice. We do not bill insurance yet, but many services may qualify for HSA/FSA reimbursement. Flexible month-to-month or 6-month commitment options available.
